Essex Youth Orchestra Playing Elgar's 'Overture Cockaigne', 1969

As well as this piece by Elgar, the concert included music by Matthias Georg Monn and Mussorgsky. The main feature was music composed by Stefan de Haan in memory of Nicholas Blake, formerly second oboe with the orchestra, in whose honour the concert was given.
