'The Capstan' by Dark Horse Morris, 2016

The third of three Dark Horse Morris recordings (the others are included on this map).

By the time of the third dance a large crowd had gathered and the dancing was in full flow. Unfortunately I had another engagement at the Museum of Power so I had to leave but I was humming away to myself as I drove out of town. The third dance was called ‘The Capstan’ which is danced to a tune called Dirty Duck, composed by Ian Wilson / Ben Woodward of Peeping Tom.
