Relaxing afternoon, 2020

This was recorded on Wednesday 22nd April in the early – mid afternoon in our back garden in Rochford, Essex. We are blessed to have a large garden full of trees, bushes and lots of wildlife!

I am currently furloughed from work. Even though this is a stressful time for many of us as there is lots of “unknown” around the corner, sitting back and listening to nature in our garden really does help my mental health. It is fascinating observing the birds, the bees and tadpoles going about life as if nothing has changed for them. In the background you can also hear a dog barking and, on some occasions, people in their gardens also.
