Leigh-on-Sea, aeroplane, 2016
Hilary's Garden, Leigh-on-Sea.
Stuart Bowditch
This is the third recording in response to our public surveys finding that most people had noticed a general increase in air traffic in the Essex area.
Hilary Scarnell invited me to record the aeroplanes that skim the roof of her house as they come in to land at Southend Airport. This recording, made from her back garden, captures a FlyBe twin engine aircraft as well as the hum of the nearby A13.
